In 1990, SoundVest Properties opened its commercial real estate brokerage firm in Rockland, Maine. After operating for 12 years as an independent agency, SoundVest Properties became affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Corporation. The new alliance provided SoundVest Properties with the networking and exposure needed to compete in the global market place.
The Commercial Division devotes itself entirely to selling and leasing of commercial real estate, tenant and landlord representation and business opportunities. Its brokers have more than forty years combined experience providing services that include appraising, marketing, financial consultations, analysis of investment properties and property management.

At the request of many of its commercial clients, SoundVest Properties established a new residential division in 1991. In conjunction with its Commercial Division, the Residential Office became affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in 2002. Through its affiliation with Coldwell Banker and its numerous memberships to various web sites, Coldwell Banker SoundVest Properties has successfully marketed itself worldwide.
With 14 experienced agents serving the Mid-Coast region, Coldwell Banker SoundVest Properties enjoys a good reputation for providing clients and customers with service that is second to none. We are proud that many of our agents are among the top agents in the region.
Our commitment to our clients is to provide them with professional and quality service. In order to make this commitment, we continue to education ourselves (through annual education courses) on new techniques, tax ramifications, bank and governmental agency financing programs and other pertinent information relating to the residential real estate industry.
